Martin's Story
This is my fundraising on behalf of Charlton Athletic Community Trust. I am doing this walk with my daughter Zafra, to raise funds for the Charlton Upbeats, the club's Downs Syndrome team. The Upbeats are a joy to encounter and we did this last year and had a lovely time.
